Interlibrary Loan Services For Other Libraries

CLB Library provides Interlibrary Loan Services to other academic and in-state public libraries. We try to respond to borrowing libraries requests within 24 hours of receipt of requests.

Request Methods Accepted:

Preferred Method: OCLC ILL
Other Methods Accepted: ALA forms sent via US mail, fax and email.

We loan:

Monographs

We don't loan:

Reference Materials, Periodicals, Federal and State Documents, Newspapers, Microfilm, Phonodiscs, Computer Software, Videos, Special Collections, Articles from electronic sources

We provide photocopies of:

Journal articles, Newspaper articles, Reference materials

Loan Periods:

We provide a 30 day loan period and a 14 day renewal for most material; loans are subject to recall.

Charges:

We do not charge for lending services, however we do reserve the right to charge for special requests. All borrowers will be notified of applicable charges before filling the request if this becomes necessary.
